Job with very high stress levels
Overtime should be compensated but compensation is not possible due to high workloads

HR disallow any employee benefits/events due to company only having 40 hour workweeks and benefits in form of free goods every three months

Company culture is not fostered

Mobbing is preferred method of management to enforce power
