Level of marketing knowledge and marketing process in NN is quite poor compared to other big Pharma companies I know.
Also the level of the management (including top management) in terms of people management skills (including coaching, advancement opportunities etc.), business skills etc. is poor and below the expectations from a company such as NN. Both these two aspects had a negative impact on my experience with the company that, luckily was compensated but the quality of my peers and the interesting job (that could be even more interesting with more delegation, less micromanagement, lower hierarchy culture, more focus on business, better organisation and rules of engagement among different offices such as Region, Business Area, Global etc.).
