The role of trainer within Nespresso is fortunately quite diverse, with the core of the business focused on coffee there are other elements that need to be covered, such as Sales Speech, Human Behaviour, the art of questioning, knowledge on machines and other products.
Working with internal stakeholders to provide material for the markets is challenging. There is a need for real stakeholder management and project management skills. The hardest part of the job is waiting for decisions to be made and the most enjoyable is by far helping the markets. The interaction is key to understand what is required by each market and due to the cultural differences this has a huge impact on the finished product.
