I worked in the department "intensive care" in the hospital and learnt how to listen carefully and keep my calm whenever stress gained me. I was able to manage administrative documents and work fast.
A typical day at work: my co-workers were very busy saving, talking, reassuring people everyday and as I worked as a receptionist I had my part to it too: since I wasn't a nurse nor a doctor, I couldn't save lives but I was able to help people in other ways: listen to them, guide them in the hospital and try to cheer up the clients and patients when I had the opportunity.
The hardest part of the job was when some days, a family or two just lost one of there loved ones.
The enjoyable part of the job was that I could meet different people everyday and I got to meet wonderful colleagues.
