Je ne retiens rien de positive sur mon experience qui a durer 1an et demi après avoir passé 18 ans dans une autre entreprise .
Aucun respect de ses collaborateurs, manager district inhumain traite les assistantes comme des objets un nombre de demission record dans cette entreprise .. passage éclair je ne regrette pas d avoir démissionné.
Beaucoup d employé de cette entreprise souffre de dépression arret maladie en pel

Very badly managed company - does not value good employees

If I could have given zero stars I would. Amplifon has given me by far the worst employment experience in 30 years. Quality and structure of management is appalling - everyone is so focused on making a name for themselves that they can't see the wood for the trees! Poor understanding of Commercial Audiology,poor marketing, overbearing micro management of company based protocol. Audiologists are completely undervalued as a resource - hence high staff turnover - leading to inconsistency to customers.
If you want a worthwhile long term career in commercial Audiology - avoid!

Release of FOX makes life difficult for all employees

This company is constantly cutting all perks for staff, have unrealistic expectations in terms of what can be accomplished day to day. KPIs are all they care about. Patronizing managers treat staff like they are children. The computer software FOX is a joke, making daily life a nightmare. Still spits out messages no one can read because they are in Italian and crashed twenty times a day. Worst company you could work for. Avoid at all costs.

Awful branch to work for. The Manager is a bully.No flexibility if you have children. Talks down to you, shouts even in front of customers she belittles you. Not a nice branch to work

Ho lavorato come responsabile relazione clienti prima ed audioprotesista poi. Posso confermare che la lacuna maggiore per il dipendente/agente è dover rispondere ad un titolare che non è Amplifon ma il proprietario/proprietari della filiale autogestita. Spesso pertanto quanto viene corrisposto è uno stipendio base, a volte nemmeno ti gratificano con incentivi o dividono premi raggiunti, tu fai fatica ad arrivare a fine mese mentre i tuoi datori di lavoro si rimpinguano le tasche. Dipende tutto insomma dall'onestà intellettuale e lavorativa del tuo titolare.
Amplifon fornisce corsi ( forse il suo pregio maggiore) ed è una multinazionale che però non cura questi aspetti sociali, motivo per cui ha emorragie di elementi validi, i vari manager susseguiti con cui mi sono interfacciata erano dei meri business analyst che non davano valore al capitale umano ma solo ai numeri, welfare aziendale assente così come la soddisfazione del dipendente, in questo sono ancora fermi agli anni 50 in cui l'azienda è stata fondata. Come già detto, l' HQ è totalmente scollegato delle singole realtà autogestite, pertanto fa sorridere la frase d'apertura in ogni singola ricerca personale " In Amplifon le persone sono la più grande risorsa", non credeteci, siete un numero, la vostra carriera non avrà crescita a breve e medio termine se dipendenti da un datore di lavoro gretto ignorante ed avido. Se decidete di spendere soldi per una laurea e diventare audioprotesista, apritevi il vostro centro, fate sacrifici ma almeno guadagnerete in tempo, salute e soldi.

Don't do it to yourself

You will be responsible for pretty much everything and if something goes wrong, or the business isn't consistently pouring through the door then it's all your fault and you will be told all day everyday to do better. I learned that it's not about caring for the customer it's about hassling people all day every day until they cave in and do what you tell them to do. They are like a dog with a bone, once they get you in the front door you, they will keep digging you up to have another bite. Management don't know how to treat people or how to speak nicely to the staff, they use strong, vocabulary to get the point across there is very few thank you moments. It is a completely negative workplace, if you go in with a really positive attitude they will kill it very quickly as you wilt under the pressure. Then they will have a go at you, because they want more. They haven't realised that you can't get blood out of a stone. The hardest part about the job is dealing with management and their constant hounding and excessive expectations. The most enjoyable part of the job is some of the lovely customers.

It was a good and fast pace location on the billing and appeals side of the healthcare industry. We had territories and specific payors that were assigned to us, and we learned new areas and payors when available to expand our knowledge
