It would be great if there was more opportunity for ACs to progress. No more challenges as an AC just basic T&E, no longer do events as an outside Vendor does this. Need to be involved in more satisfying work.

At Amgen everything depends on your managers and if they are not encline to develop you, you will get stuck in a job where you are bored. HR play the poor role of the 3 monkeys, pretending that ´this’ should not happen at Amgen. It may be time to open their eyes and ears as a lot of bad managers are having an easy life there and the good people leave - more...
