fake abb contracts, not fully integrated member of ABB. Management has lack of transparency, honesty and does not care about employees. Regardless of good revenues employees get almost nothing as reward of hard work. Small, poorly organized factory hidden behind the name of ABB.

Best company I've ever worked for
Field Service Engineer (Current Employee) –  Turgi, AGMarch 17, 2017
The work is hard in the field, but all the people are incredibly helpful and middle management is very understanding of the employees' needs.
My favourite part is that the senior colleagues are always open to questions and you can learn from them in your day-to-day work.

Team Leader commissioning and Service
Team leader for commissioning and service (Current Employee) –  Baden, AGSeptember 21, 2016
A typical day at work is very busy in terms of support requests from the project management, sales, sales service, remote service and site services departments. The interfacing includes providing resources for al various aspects of the service and commissioning. There is also the planning of resources for all services and commissioning’s. On a daily basis there is requests for assistance from our engineering department whereby I would need to assist with solving issues or request assistance from our other teams for solving issues.
I learn new items almost daily and have learnt to be a strong manager and able to multitask various items when required.
The hardest part of the job is to satisfy all requests even when limited with resources. There is a high expectation to solve all issues in a timely manner and this becomes problematic.
The job is always challenging and therefore never a dull moment.
