PowerMax Project Management/Project Controlling Business Expert
The PowerMax Project Central Team based in Baden/Dättwil (AG) is standardising core business processes and tools in support of the Power Sector's goals and strategies. PowerMax (PMx)'s main responsabilities are harmonising the execution of business activities and standardising data across a wide range of functions, supported by a global platform based on SAP tool.
We are looking for a motivated individual to strengthen our central team as Project Management/Project Controlling Business Expert.
Your tasks:
The Project Management/Project Controlling Business Expert primary role is to be the key contact with the business in the Project Mgt domain, and to ensure that the business requirements and specific requests are understood, taken into account by the PowerMax development solution team (IT) and integrated in the final solution
Deliver work packages & change requests according to scope, time and on budget
Provide functional expert input on business requirements and business specifics
Drive business process harmonization across the different businesses of Power through key users, subject matter experts, local change managers
Challenge local business requirements and avoid implementation of local business processes
Ensure cross functional integration of the solution
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the functional documentation of the solution such as blue print, process mapping, detailed functional designs, training documentation
Leads process design together with dedicated functional IT experts
Create and maintain integration test scenario
Execute integration test
Supports the continuous improvement process of the solution
Provide level 3 (support to live countries) (process/solution verification and potential adaptations)
Support or conduct impact analysis in deployment countries
Coaching and support of the assigned resources
Document and promote best practices
Alignment with Peers from other domains
Provide detailed plans and measurable targets to assigned resources
Close collaboration with Project Manager, central PMO and Line Managers (Team Leads)
Provide PMx solution training to Solution Specialists and Key Users
Measure work package progress and quality of the deliverables on work package level and set corrective actions to improve quality, time or budget deviations
Provide deployment support as required
Qualifications
Your profile :
Experience in Project management with project execution from Gas/ Steam (ex Plants Business) or Hydro Business
SAP functional knowledge through the use of PS & SD
Strong knowledge of working processes in Project Mgt
Problem solving / analytical skills
Good communication skills.
