Assistant to the CEO - D & E (f)
You are responsible for the daily business of the CEO, i.e. assistance in preparation of Board meetings; this involves liaison with Board members and their PAs, booking venues, distribution of papers and agendas, organizing meeting venues. You will provide assistance with preparation of shareholder’s meetings. Furthermore you will maintain up ‐ to ‐ date data in Geneva and Zurich Offices. You will provide administrative assistance to the management. You are responsible for the correspondence, reports, e-mails, presentations and spreadsheets. Your goal is an efficient scheduling and management of the Corporate agenda. Last but not least you stay in contact with the owners / shareholders (V.I.P.’s) and Royals.
You have a Commercial apprenticeship or paralegal education combined with a few years experience as an Assistant of the Management or a CEO. Furthermore corporate administration experience in an international company is necessary. You need knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook etc.) and Internet/Intranet usage. You have the ability to learn proprietary software. You are a self ‐ starter and you have strong organizational skills. You have a representative appearance and you are urbane. You like an international environment. Your age is around 40 year +. Excellent written and oral communication in English and German is required. You have a high level of flexibility, you are stress ‐ resistant and strong interpersonal and you have diplomatic skills.
