and provide legal advice on global technology partnerships.
Lead the drafting and negotiation for technology partnership documentation (technology licenses, joint venture / shareholder agreements, loan documentation, technology development cooperation agreements, EPC contracts, land agreements, gas supply agreements, power offtake agreements) • Coordinate projects between different Alstom businesses
Qualified and admitted common law lawyer (m/f) and, ideally, a professional affiliation (e.g. member of a local law society) • At least 5 years of experience as legal counsel (m/f) • Ideally international experience in the energy industry as well as commercial and legal expertise • Experience with government funding models and documentation • Knowledge of international export/import law (preferably in Asia) • Know-how in negotiating and drafting contracts • Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean essential; further languages advantageous • Strong transactional drafting skills • Ability to assimilate contractual and legal issues quickly • Team player with operational effectiveness and accountability
