Business Analyst and System Manager Corporate Real Estate (f/m)
A role which is part of the Global Business Systems and Data Management and works with IT to improve the quality of the products being delivered by the IT organization to Corporate Real Estate and Services.
Business Analysis to understand, verify and document the current state of the environment. Apart from that we define a strategy/roadmap in order to implement a more globalized and simplified data management environment for Corporate Real Estate
Operation accountability for the systems defined by Global Service Management, CRES, Construction and Workplace Management and a strong co-operation with IT to reach the SLAs and the desired operational stability
Participation in defining and implementing the desired operation model/accountability model with the service operating levels
Project Management for the CRES and workplace management systems
A very interesting interface function between Corporate Real Estate Service and IT
Background in the Corporate Real Estate Business and/or in Facility Management
Profound experience in Project and Business Process Management, as well as Business Analysis skills
The ability to translate business needs into IT language
Skills with Integrated Workplace Management Systems
The ability to work together with people from a different cultural background in global Credit Suisse projects
Interest in an interface function between business and IT
Excellent communication skills in German and English are a must
