Area Sales Executive Perfume for Africa
responsible to manage the company's commercial and marketing activities within the African territory in line with agreed business objectives and budgets, ensuring strong consistency with Bulgari image and philosophy.

Accountabilities :
Business plan set-up (Retail, WHS, Ex-Factory, over-investment, distribution network, structure and organization behind the brand) in accordance to assigned targets and objectives

Definition of long-term sales strategies for the area of responsibilities according to local specificities & dynamics and tailor-made analysis

Management of distribution network with dedicated analysis (ROI) & qualitative monitoring of all existing POS and investigation & validation of potential new POS

Negotiations of pricing and terms, spaces and locations within the retail network through direct meeting with all relevant local key actors

Monitoring of financial performance of the area (sales trend, margin, EBIT, investment) as well as providing regular and ad-hoc sales analysis and reporting

Management of creation, renewal and amendment of distribution contract in close collaboration with Legal Team

Sales and marketing plans presentation, adaptation and monitoring of its correct application within the area of responsibility with the help of Trade Marketing team

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities :
At least 3 years of international sales experience preferably within the fragrance industry/luxury brand

Good expertise in sales, marketing, business and market development

Proven successful track record in client management and business knowledge

Fluent in English, any other language an advantage

Ease with figures and IT Reporting tools

Personal Competencies :
Flexibility & mobility for 30% business travel within the full African continent
