Strengthen our team in
Lead and coordinate improvement projects to optimize the efficiency of the Construction & Commissioning management system • Support the full deployment of the Construction & Commissioning quality strategy in the region and the deployment of site procedures • Develop quality alerts as a means of communication to enhance the quality focus on critical activities • Ensure full deployment of the processes for non-conformance recording, ERS (experience response systems) and root cause analysis • Analyze non-conformance records and identify corrective actions as well as specific actions to prevent reoccurrences • Facilitate and proactively drive quality improvements by monitoring and communicating early warnings • Promote quality initiatives enhancing employees quality performance • Support the deployment of the Site Construction & Commissioning road map audit program in the region and carry out road map audits • Monitor and consolidate KPIs for the Construction & Commissioning quality performance • Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of the site quality management system • Develop effective quality communication mechanisms • Support the mapping, maintenance and update of the Construction & Commissioning processes • Provide quality inputs to tenders • Coordinate the mobilization and assignment of site quality managers / engineers • Provide training and coaching to the site quality community as required • Deliver required quality training to Construction & Commissioning office and site personnel
Degree in an engineering discipline or similar education with vast experience in quality management • Technical training in welding inspection • Certified ISO 9001 auditor • At least 3 years of construction site experience or vast experience in quality management within the construction industry, ideally in the power plant or oil and gas business • Preferably SixSigma Green Belt certification and/or practical experience in the application of SixSigma • Solid IT user skills • Fluency in English • Good communication and listening skills • Ability to influence and motivate others • Resilient team player with a strategic vision and the ability make decisions • Transparent communication, operational effectiveness and a sense of urgency
